 CENTRALISED REPORTING INFORMATOR is a powerful management system  whereby all the Autoconer-238 machines in a mill are interfaced with a Computer  through a controller unit. Complete up to date analysis of Machine production,  Productivity of Autoconers for different yarn counts as per the actual working, reasons  of Efficiency losses, Quality analysis, Spindles producing off Diameter packages and  abnormal working spindles can be seen on computer terminals located in your offices  at the touch of a few keys. You would not only save money by eliminating use of costly  printer paper but also save time spent in scanning the lengthy reports from the  machines. Taking advantage of our experience, we have made the data analysis as per  the practical requirements of the mills. Now the different Departments can see the  reports of Autoconers as per their Requirements at the same time. 

 WASTE REDUCER 

 This is a mechanical device. This device reduces the waste generation on Autoconer  238 by minimum 20% over the existing level.  

 AUTO-FEED ROLLER SPEED CONTROL SYSTEM FOR C4/C10 CARDS 

 Earlier in the above cards, a tacho was used to control the speed of feed roller after  getting command from Auto-leveller. Now we are using a Inverter system to control  this feed roller speed. 
 Advantages of the above system over conventional system are:  

No Use of Tacho that gave frequent problems. 
Continuos Quality Sliver output as set on the Autoleveller. No chances of malfunctioning, which was possible with conventional Tacho system. 
Power Saving as this system reduces Motor Current from 2.0 to 0.5 amps.
